"It is a luxury hotel in the middle of a large city in Europe. Service is outstanding. It is old school. Location is fabulous. The building is beautiful. It is not a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons built in the last 30 years. It has history and sophistication and cultural significance. Highly recommended."

The reception team was fantastic with some great restaurant recommendations from Manuel and efforts from Diana in getting us any and all reservations we may have wanted. The staff at this hotel were absolutely spectacular and the room we had was great. It was clean and was made daily to feel as we always came to a fresh room. Loved our experience and would definitely come back again."

"The front desk staff were amazing at helping us navigate my first few nights in Rome (and Italy). The spa was amazing and I had the best massage. The pool, sauna, massage setup is really one of the nicest I’ve ever seen, to not only relax, but feel at home, when 8,000+km from my house.
